The team carried loads to Camp 2 and is about to move camp. Weather has been good, although it has been windy at higher elevations. This report is second hand, as the first two camps are nestled deep amongst some pretty big mountains and communications are difficult. As they get higher we will have first hand accounts available.

Todd what and where is this expedition? It has been 7 days since we have heard anything and I have been following the weather closely and there has been several snow storms and high winds are coming on Saturday with more snow? Have they summited yet?
I can see by reading the other blogs on May 26th's blog that Charlotte heard that Todd is trying to find out about the teams. WEll today is June 2 Friday and Frank one of our climbers called by SAT phone borrowed from a Romanian climber that our team had reached 14,200 and were going to stay put a few days then ascend to the 17,2oo level which we had to assume was yesterday. Only one of our climbers in the group unnamed had to decend with oxygen off the mountain and that is as much as we know. It is a fantastic site to get the weather daily! I have never blogged before but not getting information has caused me to make sure I could communicate with others so I followed the instructions and got a name so I could do this! My husband Ron is on this trip with two friends that he climbed with on Aconcagua 1/2005 and they all summited. I leave to go up to Alaska Saturday and Todd hadn't answered any of my 4 emails! Ginger

Thanks for the update and the weather website I have been looking for a good one. The weather doesn't look too flash at the moment though :( My husband and his brother are on the trip that left on the 26th of May. I personally think this blog is a waste of time if it's not updated!! So thanks for your update and Charlotte's!
